Accepted Format

Ulomira accepts DOCX files only.

DOCX preserves your document's structure—chapters, sections, lists, code blocks—exactly as you defined them. What you upload is what readers see.

• Use Heading 1 for chapter titles
• Use Heading 2/3 for sections
• Use built-in list tools (not typed bullets)
• Use Code style or monospace font for code

Maximum file size: 100MB.

Review Process

All books go through a brief review before publication. We check for:

• Basic content quality
• Copyright compliance (you must own or license the content)
• No prohibited content (illegal material, hate speech, etc.)

Most reviews complete within 24-48 hours. You'll receive an email notification when your book is approved or if we need more information.

Pricing & Earnings

• You set your own price
• You can offer books for free
• Price changes take effect immediately

How Payouts Work

Earnings are processed monthly. Here's how the timeline works:

1. Purchase happens — Reader buys your book. Earnings appear as "pending settlement."
2. 14-day refund window — Readers can request refunds during this period.
3. Settlement — After 14 days, earnings become "available."
4. Monthly payout — Available earnings are paid out monthly.

This timeline protects both authors and readers by ensuring fair refund handling.

Once published, you can enhance your book with annotations:

• Corrections — Fix typos and errors without republishing
• Context — Add cultural or background information
• Author notes — Share your thoughts on specific passages
• Media — Embed videos, audio, or images
• References — Link to external sources
