## 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ulomira ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

## 2. Description of Service

Ulomira is a digital reading and publishing platform that allows:
- Readers to discover, purchase, and read digital books
- Authors to publish and sell their works

## 3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

## 4. Purchases and Payments

- All prices are displayed in the applicable currency
- Payments are processed through third-party payment providers
- Purchases are subject to our refund policy

## 5. Refund Policy

- Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase
- Refunds require less than 20% of the book to have been read
- Refunded purchases result in immediate loss of access

## 6. Author Earnings

- Authors receive 85% of each sale
- Earnings are subject to a 30-day payout delay
- Payouts are processed by the platform operator

## 7. Content Guidelines

Users must not upload or distribute content that is:
- Illegal or promotes illegal activity
- Infringing on intellectual property rights
- Harmful, abusive, or harassing

## 8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The platform operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

## 9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
