How do I purchase a book?
Browse our catalog, select a book, and complete payment through our secure checkout. You'll have immediate access after purchase.
Can I read on multiple devices?
Yes. Sign in to your account on any device to access your purchased books.
What makes Ulomira different?
Authors can add annotations, commentary, and insights directly into their books. These 'living books' evolve and provide deeper understanding.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you've read less than 20% of the book. Request a refund from your purchase history.
For Authors
How do I publish on Ulomira?
Apply to become an author, submit your book as a DOCX file, and our team will review it. Approved books are published to our catalog.
What formats are accepted?
We accept DOCX format only. DOCX uses semantic paragraph styles (Heading 1, Heading 2, etc.) for deterministic structure detection. Use 'Heading 1' for chapter titles.
How much do I earn per sale?
Authors keep 85% of each sale. The platform takes a 15% fee.
When do I get paid?
Earnings are available for payout 30 days after each sale settles (14-day refund window + payout delay).
Can I add annotations to my books?
Yes! After publishing, you can add annotations, commentary, and insights to enhance your readers' experience.

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods through our secure payment processor.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payment processing is handled by trusted third-party providers. We never store your full card details.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds are available within 14 days if you've read less than 20% of the book. After the refund window, purchases are final.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed immediately. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days to appear.
Why is there a payout delay for authors?
The delay allows for the 14-day refund window to pass, ensuring authors are paid for settled (non-refundable) sales.
