Common Issues

Book not loading

Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache. If the issue persists, check your internet connection or try a different browser.

Payment declined

Verify your card details and ensure you have sufficient funds. If you continue to experience issues, try a different payment method or contact your bank.

Can't access a purchased book

Make sure you're logged into the correct account. If you recently purchased, try refreshing the page. Contact us if the issue persists.

Refund Requests

You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you've read less than 20% of the book.

To request a refund:

  1. Go to your library
  2. Find the book you want to refund
  3. Click "Request Refund" if eligible
